I’m in coordination with Denton and Zachary law firm with possible NAD involvement with possibility of making policy changes and potential ADA Civil Lawsuit against Baptist Medical Center/Baptist Hospital. 

We are seeking out deaf community members who encountered and experienced denial of appropriate communication access based on ADA reasonable accommodation with Baptist Medical Center/Baptist Hospital.  This does include whereas sign language interpreter has not been provided upon request or denial not to have sign language interpreter because Video Remote Interpreter was provided regardless of your request. 

If you are currently or experienced with denial of communication access as accordingly to Title III of ADA Public Accommodation and Commercial Facilities then we need to hear your story regarding only to Baptist Medical Center/Baptist Hospital.  Please get in touch with me by e-mail or video phone.
